Description
Our client, Jaguar Land Rover, is a market leading Automotive Manufacturer of high volume, luxury and off-road vehicles, designing and manufacturing in the Midlands. They need to develop systems that prevent accidents, networking existing technology (ESP, seatbelts, airbags, etc) with remote sensors (radars, cameras, etc). An active safety software developer for the research department is required to capture all the different system and sub-systems requirements and translate them into safety critical software.

Job Requirements
The successful applicant will:
1. Develop embedded software for active safety applications.
2. Lead projects from concept to product release, be responsible for code implementation, ing and supporting customers.
3. Encompass the full scope of the software development process, from capturing software requirements, through top level and detailed software designs, code implementation to verification of the software.
4. Collect and define system requirements for active safety feature interfaces by working with sub-system team leaders.
