Structured Induction & Probationary Period

New members of our team will be guided through a structured programme of meetings and workshops to grow knowledge of our business, brand awareness and complementary business services.

Regular 1:1 Meetings

Managing Consultants and Lead Consultants regularly hold 1:1 meetings with their team members to provide guidance and direction.  This may also include identifying any training needed to support on-going development in the role.

Annual Appraisals

1:1 meetings with your Line Manager to discuss your team contribution, performance, behaviours and successes over the year; identifying targets and objectives going forward and any training or learning to support on-going development in the role.
