Jonathan Lee Recruitment is one of the leading privately owned, specialist recruitment consultancies in the UK.
We operate across 5 UK offices, with an annual turnover of £30 million and a net fee income of £7 million.
We offer a range of services covering both contract and permanent recruitment within most functions to the manufacturing and engineering industries. We also offer HR Consultancy services within designing and running of assessment centres across Europe.

Structure
Under the leadership of our Managing Director, David Hale, we have a well organised structure comprising of over 100 staff operating in a supportive team environment. Our training is second to none and we provide excellent career paths progressing through three levels to senior management. Our recruitment teams comprise of Managers, Senior Recruitment Consultants, Recruitment Consultants, Recruiters and Recruitment Assistants.
Our Contracts Division has over 600 contract staff working with our client companies and we fill some 600 permanent positions annually. We have created an environment where professionalism, friendliness, openness, honesty, endeavour, innovation and mutual support flourish. We encourage a creative and entrepreneurial approach that is controlled but not stifled by procedure.
