You must have the ability to analyse and use robust, factual data in your problem solving, to be able to identify route cause.
This is a long term strategy supported at high level within the organisation. It is therefore important that you have a long term approach to improvement; incremental step change improvements with measured success.

A Lean Sigma lead role in a profitable manufacturing and processing company based in Birmingham. At the early stages of their Lean journey, they are looking for an experienced Lean Sigma trained professional to champion the continuous improvement activity on site. This will include process improvements within the traditional manufacturing environment as well as Lean transactional activity in the supply chain and distribution side of the business.Job Requirements
You will have a proven track record in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and Project Management.You will have lead several process improvement projects and be able to demonstrate quantifiable improvements and benefits.
