As TECHNICAL MANAGER (Continuous Improvement), you will be responsible for technical aspects of production processes and ancillary equipment. You will provide leadership, advice and training on lean techniques as well as liaising with customers on production capability. Possessing excellent continuous improvement skills (SMED, 5s, Kaizen, Poke Yoke etc), you will have a proven track record in delivering performance improvements. Project Management and hands on manufacturing experience are essential to understand and deliver improvements to this critical part of the business.Further Details
A logical problem solver with a high degree of technical ability, you should have accreditation in Lean / TPS, display strong customer focus and be able to motivate others. The role is commutable from Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds, Wakefield.
