Job Requirements

To develop and implement manufacturing process, facility, and layout improvement projects from design through to production handover. Identifying requirements, developing technical specifications, contractor assessments, design approval, installation planning & supervision, commissioning and operational handover. To provide leadership and technical support for key manufacturing sub projects work streams through to operational sign off in line with project KPI’s. As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering functional core team to support projects for the establishment of new manufacturing capabilities in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and corporate responsibility objectives. Ability to manage planning and installation works Appreciation of relevant group and national performance standards Eg Safety Proven, self motivated team player promoting a ‘can do’ attitude towards problem solving and target achievement. General professional, commercial and IT skills. Technical qualification Safety systems; CDM awareness, IOSH. Possible permanent after 6 months.
