To meet the requirements of the role we are seeking individuals who have well-developed skills in embedded programming, preferably in C or Labview, who have good experience in writing software for use in high-reliability environments. In-depth knowledge of machine signal processing is essential, particularly accelerometers, temperature, current measurements and so forth. Demonstrated expertise in working with National Instruments data acquisition and signal processing platforms (CompactRIO, DAQ or PXI) will be considered highly advantageous, as will practical experience in working with instrumentation.

Preference will be given to individuals who can demonstrate experience or knowledge in any of the following additional fields: mechanical engineering (gears and bearings), model based diagnostics, data fusion, probabilistic sensor data interpretation, database management, GUI development or end of line testing.
