We offer a diverse and consultative approach to the recruitment process that will allow us to tailor the solution to each individual requirement.
This is separated into Permanent and Contract solutions based on the nature of the employment contract on offer by the client. Normally, Contract recruitment operates at a swift pace and is highly dependent on the skills of the candidate to offer a short term solution, whereas the Permanent solution is normally slower and focussed equally on the soft skills and team fit of the candidate as well as their intrinsic skills and abilities. We regard Permanent and Contract as recruitment as our core products and believe that a different approach is required in each of these areas to ensure a successful outcome.
Over the years a unique and diverse network of candidates has evolved, currently containing about 150,00 records. 20,000 of those are active for permanent roles and 15,000 seek contract opportunities. We believe that our database is highly representative of the available resource in the UK manufacturing market.
The database is continually renewed and refreshed through a range of activities to ensure fresh, real time data. This includes frequent media advertising, extensive Internet activity and, most importantly, a very strong word of mouth network providing us with candidate contacts that are not always active in the common market.
This register forms the core source of all candidate focussed activity and the base for all our service solutions.
