Interviews
Clients will ask us to arrange interviews with those candidates whose CV’s have been submitted and passed the clients’ screening procedures. Interviews are arranged on the clients’ behalf and we will act as a professional intermediary through the offer and acceptance process, as well as providing support to you to the point of commencement. After start date, we maintain this relationship with you to support the probationary period, normally the first three months.
Soemtimes, where we work very closely with our clients on providing retained services, you will be asked to attend a screening interview with one of our consultants before your details being submitted to the client. This is another step in the screening process and is as important as the interview with the client. Following your screening interview, the consultant will prepare a commentary for the client based on their perceptions of your skills as expressed during the interview, and will recommend or decline you for further consideration in the process.
Of course, in the competitive recruitment environment there is usually only one role on offer, meaning that only one candidate in a short list will be made a job offer. If you were unsuccessful, we will endeavour to gain positive feedback from our client on your behalf and feed this back to you with empathy and understanding, providing you with supportive comments to ensure that your next interview will hopefully be more successful.
After each client interview, candidates receive a service level questionnaire by e-mail, assessing details of your experience for our quality system.
