Standard Recruitment Process

Most often the vacancy brief is taken at a face-to-face meeting with our client to ensure that our consultants have a very clear understanding of the requirement and customer expectations.

Once a clear brief has been obtained, the database is interrogated to find a pool of potentially suitable candidates. This is supplemented by advertising on our own website as well as other online jobs boards and web sites appropriate to the nature of the role in question. Candidates can apply online to vacancies that interest them.

All suitable candidates are then screened via the telephone to ensure true conformance to the customer’s requirement. Only those candidates who present the closest match to the specification are forwarded to the client. This process is very positive to those candidates who represent skills that match our client requirements, but these are strongly market lead so it is possible that there might not always be an ongoing requirement for your specific skills. As we operate from a client focussed perspective, the dynamic is always managed by the clients’ requirements and it is not always possible to guarantee that we will be able to assist all candidates with their requirements.

However, we strive to be honest and supportive to our candidates and will only contact you with those roles that are really relevant to your skill set. We will also never send your details out to our clients without discussing the opportunity with you first.
