Our Team

We like our Recruitment Consultants to have a strong customer focus and specific industry and function experience in their specialist areas, or a wealth of general recruitment experience with strong business development and account management skills. However, we are happy to recruit less experienced people at Recruiter level and train and develop them into successful Recruitment Consultants.

Whilst growth and profitability are important to us we pursue our success primarily on our reputation for quality of service and professionalism. We want to be the “customer's first choice” thanks to the excellence of our work.
