Natalie Goddard began her career in 1997 as a Receptionist with Rugby Design RD Recruitment, she spent 4 and a half years there working her way up to Team Leader, supplying technical contract staff to companies such as Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Cars Limited and Visteon UK Limited.
She then worked a brief 7 months with TWR Technical Services before joining Jonathan Lee Contracts Limited as a Technical Recruiter.
