Jon Blaze joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 2002 and has been promoted to his current level of Branch Manager - Leicester Office.

Before Jon joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment

Jon qualified with a BEng in Manufacturing and Business Studies at Coventry University in 1994. He then worked as a manufacturing engineer in the manufacture of heat transfer equipment, for commercial vehicles and power generation equipment.

Here he also gained experience in Health & Safety, attaining the NEBOSH qualification. He went on to spend 5 years in electronics assembly for automotive and industrial controls products, in quality and engineering management roles.

Since he joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment

Jon joined Jonathan Lee as a Recruitment Consultant, within the Manufacturing team, where he focused on production management, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, cost engineering and supplier development recruitment.

In 2005, Jon gained his post- graduate diploma in Personnel Management gaining graduate membership of the CIPD.

Promotion to Branch Manager– Leicester Office

Jon was promoted to Branch Manager - Leicester Office early 2006, where he now manages our East Midlands contract and permanent recruitment operation.
