Lisa Osborne

Lisa Osborne has been a member of the Supply Chain Recruitment team since 1998, and one of our most successful consultants for the past 3 years. Here is how she got there.

Before Lisa joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment

After completing A levels, and a Personal Secretarial Diploma, Lisa spent a number of years in varying supply chain, purchasing and marketing roles in a variety of companies, including a high street banks’ head office, the NHS, and a large manufacturing company. During this time she also completed a part-time HNC in Business Studies.

Since she joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment

Lisa joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 1998 as a Recruitment Assistant, and at a very early stage in her Jonathan Lee Recruitment career, Lisa’s potential and her desire to progress were recognised, and she was entered onto a development programme. Her commercial background was very relevant to the company, and Jonathan Lee Recruitment sponsored her through a BA degree, gaining promotion to Recruiter and subsequently graduating with 1st Class Honours.

Promotion to Consultant

As a committed member of the team and supported by a structured internal/external training and development program, Lisa achieved her goal and was quickly promoted to Recruitment Consultant.

Now

As one of our most successful Recruitment Consultants, Lisa has helped to develop the Commercial function at Jonathan Lee Recruitment, particularly within Supply Chain and Purchasing, across all industry sectors. During the six years she has been with us she has more than doubled her salary. Lisa has recently returned to work followed the birth of her first son, Charlie, on Dec 23 2005.
