Jonathan Lee
Chairman
Jonathan has personally grown the firm from its inception in 1978 and is still extremely active within the business as Chairman.
His commercial background within the automotive industry was later complemented by a marketing diploma, and a move into advertising. He then obtained a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies and moved into Manufacturing Management with a small engineering company before entering into the recruitment industry, opening the Midlands office for a London based consultancy. After successfully managing a major recruitment assignment for Leyland Cars, he established Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 1978 with his wife Lindi.
Jonathan has personally recruited in all functions covering most industries at all levels. He has steered the business, continually improving the quality of service achieving 'solutions through understanding' whilst maintaining consistent and sustainable growth.
Jonathan now provides the vision for the business, oversees strategic growth and development and focuses on customer service relying on his trusted Managing Director, David Hale, for day to day management of the Company. He has also been very active in establishing recruitment partners within Western, Central and Eastern Europe, India, China and Australia, in a bid to develop a global recruitment capability.
