Referral Scheme
We want to pay you up to £300
Jonathan Lee Contracts Ltd (JLCL) recognises the value placed on our contractor network and therefore would like to offer a referral payment to you of up to £300 for each person you refer to us that we then go on to successfully place. The scheme operates under the following structure:
The person being referred to us has not been contacted by JLCL over the same position as being referred for within the last 3 months. This will be determined by conversations logged into our database.
You must complete in full a JLCL referral form and register this with us (failure to do so will invalidate any referral made). A form can be obtained by clicking here or emailing welfare@jonlee.co.uk.
You must be engaged on an existing JLCL contract assignment for a minimum of 4 weeks to be eligible for referral payments from us.
The amount is payable over a 3 month period: The first instalment to be paid at the end of each full calendar month that is completed by the referred contractor. (All payments will be included within your next scheduled payroll run).
All payments made to you (as per your contract) are subject to statutory deductions.
Ltd Co. Working contractors referring contractors to JLCL:
As above, but to receive payments from us the limited company must invoice JLCL once a referral has been successfully seen through to placement. Invoices must coincide with your usual payment schedule.
The JLCL referral scheme is non contractual and may be changed or withdrawn at anytime.
