Rachel Meacham
Rachel joined the company in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant following the completion of a GNVQ Advanced Diploma in Business Studies. During the early part of her career with Jonathan Lee Recruitment, Rachel was entered onto a development programme which included the company sponsoring her through part time college courses, resulting in formal secretarial qualifications, a HNC in Business and Finance (Distinction) and ultimately, being promoted to Recruitment Assistant.
She provides a high level of administrative support through the whole recruitment process, including full client and candidate support. She is also a fully trained Psychometric Test Administrator.
