Contractor Commitment Policy
As A Contractor You Commit To:
- Send accurate CV and personal details to JLCL
- Provide relevant contact details including address, home and mobile telephone numbers where applicable; fax number; email addresses and website address if available.
- Let us know if there are specific companies you:
a) Have attended an interview with
b) Have had your details submitted to
c) Have been engaged on an assignment with
d) Do/do not wish JLCL to consider you for
- Respond in a timely manner when JLCL contact you with details of opportunities or interview arrangements
- Inform JLCL at your earliest opportunity, of any changes to your CV (whether personal or professional) including new qualifications/experience/hourly rates etc., which we need, to ensure we consider you for relevant opportunities.
- Complete an ‘Information Update Form’ as and when one is sent to you.
- Let us know when you are no longer looking for a job.
- Provide JLCL with references as and when required.
Jonathan Lee Contracts Limited Commit To:
Retain your details on our live register until such time as
a) You request their removal in writing
b) We deem in accordance with the Data Protection Act that sufficient time has elapsed for your job search to have been completed.
- At such point in time, your details will be transferred to our dormant register.
- Acknowledge receipt of any updated information that you send to us.
- Nominate a relevant consultant to consider your details and whose contact details will be made available to you at the outset.
- Handle and process your information fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the 8 Principles of good practice (see the Legal section of our main JLR website for more information)
- Providing relevant feedback to you when:
A) We have submitted your details for a job opportunity
B) You have attended an interview with one of our clients
- Use your CV and associated personal information for the purposes of considering you for suitable for jobs. Your information will not be disclosed to a 3rd party until we have discussed the details with you and gained your permission prior to submission.
- Maintain a Duty of Care to our contractors once we have successfully secured a work placement for you at a client site. This includes regular on site meetings with a JLCL Consultant.
