Starting a Sales Management career in Fasteners, Pipe Fittings and Flanges, she progressed on to the Petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Construction and Automotive markets, after a successful period in this field she then moved into industry related Technical Recruitment. Since 1999 she has focused on the Permanent recruitment of Professional Engineers and Managers covering the Consultant Engineers Market, nationwide specialising in Highways & Transportation Design, Civil & Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Design, Intelligent Transport Systems and Rail.
Focusing on a broad variety of recruitment solutions including Full Project / Account Management, Retained, Headhunting, Target Search and Selection as well as Contingency and Database Search.
Pamela's experience has seen the development of the Consultant Engineering Market for Jonathan Lee and she has been instrumental in successfully recruiting some 50 + personnel in all disciplines of Highways, Structures and Transportation for the InterRoute Area 4 and InterRoute Area 2, both Joint Ventures between Mott MacDonald / Balfour Beatty.
