Role of the Database

Stourbridge Recruitment OfficeThe database is continually renewed and refreshed through a range of activities to ensure fresh, real time data. This includes frequent media advertising, extensive Internet activity and, most importantly, a very strong word of mouth network providing us with candidate contacts that are not always active in the common market.

However, there are also very many existing candidate records on our database that are refreshed daily through ad hoc candidate contact, and also peridocially through e-processes. As a candidate, your opportunities can be maximised if you provide us with ongoing and fresh data about your personal expectations and circumstances.
