John Williams
John worked for over 20 years at Marconi where he qualified as a Quality Engineer, followed by a Metrologist and Environmental Test Engineer.
In 1992 he then joined the recruitment industry working as a researcher on both permanent and contract roles in the field of Electro-mechanics.
He continued to work up to Senior Consultant with various recruitment companies, gaining valuable experience within the automotive field, and also undertaking some work building and running recruitment databases.
John joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 2003 as a Technical Recruiter for the Basildon office, bringing a wealth of recruitment experience to the team. He now recruits mainly High Volume Contract staff for major Blue Chip and Tier 1 Automotive Companies whilst actively involved in Business Development for the Southern team.
