Stephanie’s career began with Dudley Training and Enterprise Council in 1992, where she spent 8 years within the Training Team. Much of this time was spent providing administrative support to 7 team members who worked with Government funded training programmes, such as Modern Apprenticeships and Adult Training.
Due to the restructure of TECs on a national basis, she left in November 2000 when she was offered a Customer Service NVQ Assessor role with Umberto Giannini Hairdressing Group. This role developed into the introduction of Key Skills to Head Office staff, salon managers and students. Stephanie's role later changed after the sudden loss of Umberto Giannini. She had responsibility for assisting the IT Manager in training salon staff on a new salon database, as well as for providing stock control duties for all salons and administrative support at Head Office.
She joined Jonathan Lee Contracts in January 2005 initially on a temporary basis, and now assists 2 consultants, providing a high level of candidate recruitment and adminstration support.
