Jon RanceJon has an excellent understanding of the engineering and technology involved in the aerospace sector. He gained a degree in Aerospace Engineering with Honours at Loughborough University, and is a Chartered Engineer. A Management Trainee within the aerospace industry, he spent six years managing marine and industrial gas turbine projects. He later project managed two, multi-million pound, gas turbine powered generating contracts in Miami and Jersey. Further project management experience was gained with Alstom Transport in the rail sector before joining Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 1988.

Jon is now responsible for business development and recruitment within the aerospace industry and has active links with the Royal Aeronautical Society, the Midlands Aerospace Alliance (MAA) and Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC). He has a deep knowledge of the aerospace sector and has established strong partnerships with leading UK Aerospace companies.
