Derek, a Graduate of the University of Surrey, ran the Tube Investment Undergraduate Training Scheme for 70 companies throughout the UK. He then moved to Canada and spent 14 years in recruitment search and selection for Canada’s largest placement and management search agency. On his return to the UK in 1986, he joined JLR. Derek has developed our services in the light engineering sector, including the domestic appliance industry and covers capital equipment manufacturers. He is a very experienced member of our team, and specialises in technical /engineering roles within all industries.
