Carole's career began with the Health Authority where she spent 13 years working in the supplies department, purchasing hospital goods.
Since then Carole has worked for various organisations in the West Midlands including inspection companies SGS and BSI where she trained towards her IQA qualification. Carole also has a wealth of experience in Administration and PA roles collected whilst working in various temporary positions.
Carole joined Jonathan Lee in 1997, initially working as a report writer. She quickly progressed to Welfare Co-ordinator, setting up systems and procedures to ensure our contractors welfare and then finally moved up to Recruitment Assistant. Carole is a valued member of the Contracts team assisting all Consultants with candidate resourcing and administration.
