Andy TierneyAndy Tierney obtained an Honours degree in Pure Chemistry from Hull University before joining Lucas Electrical in 1983. He spent 6 years with Lucas in both Production and Quality Management providing electronic ECU`s and VCM`s for the automotive sector. He then moved into the computer electronics industry which provided him with the opportunity to work to a Senior Manufacturing Management level in UK, Hong Kong, China and Philippines.

Upon his return to the UK he joined Jonathan Lee to recruit across quality functions in 1995. In 1997 he opened up the Northern operation for Jonathan Lee Recruitment initially based in Leeds but now based in state of the art facilities in Wakefield adjacent to junction 39 of M1. Today he combines managing the growth of the Northern Region with recruiting for specific key clients at all levels.
