Kate BirchKate has recently joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant within the Construction team. She specialises in the recruitment of mechanical and electrical design engineers.

For the last 3 years Kate has worked for a technical recruitment agency, specifically recruiting within the civil engineering market and most recently the mechanical and electrical engineering sector. Prior to this, Kate worked at an IT recruitment agency and developed their construction division over a 2 year period.

Kate’s success as a recruitment consultant has largely been due to her listening skills and attention to detail in matching candidates to clients and vice versa.
