Overview
This survey was conducted as part of Roxanne Battie’s Diploma in Recruitment project, to look at the role communication plays in retaining good skills. This survey gave us, Jonathan Lee Recruitment, the opportunity to further understand the effectiveness of our communication with you, our contractors. Your feedback and suggestions have been extremely enlightening and have provided a good benchmark for improvements in the services we provide for you. We will be working on these improvements over the coming months and will keep you up to date on our progress.

The results were extremely positive, with 96% of respondents stating that the level and regularity of communication from Jonathan Lee Recruitment meets or exceeds expectations and 98% saying the company deals well with any queries or problems.
