Henry Noteman
Head of Integrated HR
Having worked at a senior level in engineering and management, Henry moved into HR, working for Leyland Daf. He provided a generalist HR service for 2 UK locations (Midlands and North West) covering approx 700 people, and held a pivotal role on a major joint venture project with Renault Vehicle Industries.
For 2 years prior to joining the Jonathan Lee Group (JLG), Henry was Personnel Manager for Taylor Hobson (part of the Rank Organisation), a high technology manufacturing company employing 500 people.
Since joining JLG, he has conducted and managed major professional recruitment programmes, Introduced recruitment of HR professionals and developed robust internal HR processes. Since 2000 he has been a member of the senior management team tasked with the development of an HR consultancy business, now Integrated HR.
Henry is CIPD Qualified and also holds Level A and B accreditation in occupational testing, which he has utilised across a number of projects both in the UK and Europe wide.
