In conjunction with our advertising agency, we are able to focus media advertising campaigns to overcome all the challenges presented by client markets: Whether niche or national, geographical or industry focussed, we have access to live demographic information of all the main and some more obscure advertising sources.
The cost of the actual advertising space is usually for the client’s account, but we often benefit from bulk advertising rates due to long standing relationships with the newspapers and trade magazines. This represents significant cost savings that are passed on to our customers.
In collaboration with the client (And to ensure that we operate within their brand guidelines) we will provide the agency with a brief for the advertisement. This will depend very much on the nature of the chosen publication and the client’s requirement for branding. It is possible to maintain full client anonymity throughout the process, but we can also position an advertised recruitment campaign to support a customer’s wider brand strategy and marketing plans.
In all cases, the initial recruitment brief is always taken in person. This includes advising on and agreeing on the most appropriate media for the particular assignment, and often the advertising agency gets involved with our client to make sure that a totally transparent and clear brief is taken.
The agency takes care of the creative and copy writing element, with the client retaining full proofing control. With client branded advertisements, we also gain approval from their Marketing teams to ensure that we act within their brand guidelines. Different formats of advertisement are available ranging from highly creative to very simple, with the appropriate brand message, suitability for the chosen media and budget always decision-making factors.
