Steph HutchinsStephanie has over 8 years recruitment experience covering Construction and Technical Engineering markets. She started her career with a specialist technical recruitment agency before entering the field of construction. Stephanie joined Jonathan Lee to develop the permanent recruitment sector within Civil Engineering, Highways and Infrastructure for main contractors on a nationwide basis. Stephanie’s experience spans a broad spectrum of recruitment solutions including search and selection, advertised assignments and contingency searches encompassing professional and technical site staff through to middle / senior managerial appointments. She has assisted with mobilisation of high value contracts and account management.

Areas of recruitment expertise include, civil engineering, highway maintenance, street lighting, asset management and infrastructure for the main contractor market. Previously involved in 2 new start-up offices, Stephanie has relied on her strong business development skills and ability to develop relationships quickly.
