Steve BrownSteve started his career in the Royal Engineers as a Surveyor Engineer and medic, serving ten years before returning to civilian life. After briefly working as a nurse Steve returned to engineering. Initially in automotive second tier supply setting and operating CNC milling machines and lathes moving eventually to a position of Manufacturing Engineer for a company producing precision components for the aerospace and power generation industry.

Steve joined PHDS Ltd three years ago as a recruitment consultant and following the acquisition of PHDS by Jonathan Lee now uses his broad experience to recruit into the utilities, power generation and general engineering market place.
