Jeanette worked for British Gas Services in the contact centre based in Leicester, quickly progressing to the Resourcing team, resourcing the contact centre, she was then promoted to Team Manager. Jeanette managed staff to ensure commitment to schedule, in turn ensuring the grade of service was achieved.
In her role as Resource Analyst she provided performance reports relating to scheduling, service level, agent performance and actual staffing levels by activity & grade.
Jeanette now supports the Leicester office Contracts team, providing high level administrative support.
