Richard Joins Jonathan Lee Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant within the Construction Team. He specialises in the recruitment of staff to the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry.
After graduating from College with a BTEC OND in Construction, Richard spent 6 years as a site Engineer with AMEC Construction followed by 2 years in the same role for a Railway Infrastructure Maintenance company. He then embarked on a career within recruitment and has 4 years contract recruitment experience within the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry.
Having the advantage of working on site within the Construction industry, Richard is able to listen and understand your staffing requirements and aims to build excellent working relations between both clients and candidates via regular head office visits and site visits.
He prides himself on knowing the industry and the roles within it and being honest with all parties concerned when recruiting.
Richard also achieved his Membership status with the REC in 2006.
