Talent Pool Grows as New Website Attracts More Than 2,000 Candidates

Jonathan Lee Recruitment’s new website, launched in February this year, has received glowing client feedback and had an instant impact on recruitment numbers. There has also been an increase in several key traffic indicators including the number of visits, the time spent on the site and the number of suitable applications received.

“The responses from clients and candidates alike have been extremely positive, indicating that the cleaner layout and increased functionality has been very well received” says Business Partner for Operations, Sally Fallon, who is in charge of “The resultant surge in new candidates applying through the website gives us a greater resource of skill and experience to offer to our clients. We believe in turn that this will lead to more clients coming to us with their recruitment needs providing more vacancies for candidates.”

Over 2,000 candidates have registered with the new site, most of them registering for the ‘jobs by email’ function. These individuals will receive automatic and regular emails with jobs that match their search criteria. The new website includes a new banner advertising feature which allows skill specific or client branded campaigns to boost their profile and generate interest from targeted candidates.
