JLTM to present 'Talent Retention' seminar at Made in the Midlands Expo #MIMExpo15

We have been busy preparing for Made in the Midlands Exhibition that is now less than one week away. The exhibition, that takes place on the 14th May 2015 at the GTG Training & Conference Centre, Wolverhampton, will see over 150 exhibitors and 1,000 visitors attend the event.

During the exhibition we will be supporting Midlands engineering and manufacturing SMEs secure talent in the competitive labour market, with Jonathan Lee Talent Management’s (JLTM) Associate Director, Henry Noteman, presenting: 

‘Retaining Talent in a Competitive Job Market’

It has become increasingly important for SMEs to retain talent, particularly when competing against large, corporate brands. During the seminar, Henry will provide practical advice on identifying opportunities to engage, build positive PR and ultimately retain key staff.

With an extensive 20 years’ industry background, Henry is able to bring the experience normally associated with large blue-chip organisations into the reach of all companies, including SMEs.
