Web traffic soars following site revamp
The launch of the new Jonathan Lee Recruitment website in Autumn 2009, has
led to a significant increase in web traffic, with a 13% rise in unique
visitors and a massive 47% growth in candidate registrations compared to the
same time last year. This means an even bigger talent pool available for
client roles.
The new site was designed and created entirely in-house to give the company
control over the design, structure, navigation and page layouts. It has been
built using the most up to date search engine optimisation techniques, and
is now as search engine friendly as possible, thus appearing much higher on
Google and other search engine rankings.
The website now includes all functions and industries on the homepage
enabling visitors to quickly navigate to the area relevant to them, links to
each regional office and location specific vacancies, plus a regularly
updated Chairman’s message discussing current market issues.

spent a great deal of time analysing past website data and reviewing “best
in class”, before deciding how to make our new site as effective and
user-friendly as possible for visitors. It was definitely worth the
investment and we are delighted with the results - the figures speak for
