First employee of the quarter announced

Tina Field, Recruiter at Jonathan Lee Recruitment’s Basildon office has won the first Company wide Employee of the Quarter award.

Tina, who has worked at Jonathan Lee for 5 years was nominated by colleagues for the award in recognition of the hard work and effort she puts in every day to help colleagues and clients alike. Colleagues said that Tina “puts her heart and soul” into her job and “exceeds her targets” while “upholding the Vision, Mission and Values of JLR”.

21 members of staff were nominated in all and other high polling members of the team were Mark Burgess, Katherine Love, Steve Brown and Pam Morley.
