Having quite a 'diverse' background, my search for further employment has been long & arduous. With agency after agency claiming they are different, claiming they do X, Y & Z - and the reality is they do nothing apart from take up my time.

Scott, Dawn & the team at Jon Lee are different though; clear, concise and to the point. Although no official offer has been made as of yet - I can say that with the teams help it has been a well managed and well communicated process with the right level of feedback.

The rule of thumb is that I would hardly ever pass on a colleagues details to an agency for fear of subjecting a colleague/friend to the same magnitude of time wasting nonsense I have undergone. However, in Jon Lees case - I would not hesitate to recommend the people or the service.
